Try mouth-watering Rewardz Horse Treats scotch mints!
We always treated our horses with scotch mints. Horses love them! And they have been a favourite treat of equine champions throughout history. The great racehorses Secretariat and Cigar both loved their peppermint horse treats.
More recently, with the advent of “MAY CONTAIN” warnings, I became unsure that the consumer brand peppermints found in grocery and bulk food stores were OK to feed horses. So I developed Rewardz Horse Treats scotch mints.
Unlike the consumer brand peppermints, Rewardz is the FIRST AND ONLY scotch mint sold in Canada registered as a horse treat with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. This means that the formula and ingredients have been reviewed for suitability for horses. And, unlike consumer brand peppermints, Rewardz gives back to the horse industry through donations to horse welfare organizations in Canada and abroad.

Meet our mascot Henry 
Henry is created in the image of Henry the Mini who we first met at the barn where we board. Henry is snow white just like our delicious scotch mints. Henry is a rescue and a really sweet guy with the heart and attitude of a winner. It is because of Henry that Rewardz has made supporting horse welfare organizations an important part of our mission.
